ThanksGiving!!!

Thanksgiving Day we went to Aunt Sherries house and everybody was there.
We came in and unloaded all our food and others followed up behind us.
Unloading their food as well. Then we sat around for awhile waiting
for the last few straglers to show up.We then had uncle John pray over
the food and then the line started to form. Me and a few of my
cousins waited till the line went down and then  we ran for the line. :)
We piled our plates with rolls and mashed potatoes, stuffing, corn, macaroni and cheese,
honey ham and then got our drinks and sat down where ever we could
find a seat. Thee newest addition to our family, he just married in, couldnt believe the food.
Hahahaha, Then some went up for seconds and some up for dessert and others
just stretched out on the floor and let the Thanksgiving sleep settle in.
By this time some of my cousins started bringing out their
guitars and strumming and  tuning them too. They hooked up cords and pretty soon
they were playing music and warming up their fingers.
Then we started singing. He didnt have to do it, and some somaon songs
which made us laugh at some of the others who didnt know the
words but were trying real hard. Then they sang some of the songs that they wrote
long time ago. And then they slowly layed them down and started putting the amps
and giutars away, and bringing out the rook cards and  wandering
into the kitchen for desserts and ham and macaroni and sweet taters and coffee and peacan pie.
The ones that played whooped and hollered and me and my a few
of my cousins sat around and colored. Some of the ladies sat in circles and started shopping through
the sale ads and looking through the "Black Friday" sales. Some sat and talked and the kids
ran from backyard to Landons room. Soon some started leaving and my cousin Jonny and his family
were coming in from Cali and so his Sister went to meet him and they came back over and they sat and talked some more. Aunt Bobbie Ruth started doing dishes and cleaning up and pretty soon people were
slowly drizzling out and eith er home or out to shop.
